Activity Log
A record of activity across your organization, for Enterprise plans.
The Activity Logs are available in the Admin controls to customers on Enterprise plans.
The Activity Log tracks all account-based actions by all members, including but not limited to:
Account Joining and Leaving
Board Joining and Leaving
Member Management
Invites
Board Creation and Deletion
What is recorded
People
Joining the Organization, being removed from it, and role changes
Invites
Invites sent, approved, rejected and deleted
Boards
Created, deleted, archived, moved and updated; sharing level changed; people joining, added, removed and connecting
Teams
Created, deleted and updated; people joining, leaving and being added
Folders
Created, deleted and updated
Settings
Organization details and settings, Single Sign-On updated or reset, Jira field rules, and AI switched on or off
You can search the log by the ID of a person, board or team. Searching by name isn't supported.
